Badminton
Service, court positioning, strategy and teamwork don’t always come naturally—you have to work at it. Smash, drop shot and backhand your way to a better Badminton game with your patner. Players of all levels welcome. .
Basketball
For players of all skill levels, the goal is to develop improved individual basketball skills and incorporate those skills effectively into a team concept. Improved physical fitness is also an important outcome of IM basketball. Crossover to a new level of basketball awareness and jump shot your way to a better game.
Weight Training
Students build strength and stamina by using the universal machine, dumbbells, elliptical machines, treadmills, free weights and jump ropes in the exercise room. Students may drop in just to stay toned and buff, or as a way to supplement their PGJHS team training.
