- Every real guardian has to give their introduction and signature on the daily school diary of the student. It is noticeable that many times student’s elder brother, uncles, privet tutor plays the role of guardian instead of his/her real parents. Parents are the real guardian of a student.
- Everyday parents should check their children diary and be conformed about his/her daily presence at school and his everyday lessons and signature those pages in your recommended place by the school and if you have any kind of comments then write them down in the particular place.
- Check your children daily school diary and see, what are the lessons he/she has for next day and encourage and help him/her to prepare those lessons.
- Weather your children goes to school on time everyday or not, is he/she comes back from school on time to home, and is he/she prepare their everyday lessons properly please check that out with care.
- Look out whether your child attending all the exams under the process of SBA.
- Every guardian should signature on the report card him/herself.
- Guardians should read everyday school diary about his/her children behavior and try to advise them to follow those instructions.
- Every guardian should meet the class teacher to know about their children progress in study and behavior in a regular basis.
- If the Head master of the school calls any guardian to meet him/her to discuss about any topic related with their children they should be their on time.
- IF any student get absent for one day in a month they he/she has to approve that with the signature of his/her guardian.
- If anny student fall sick then his/her guardian has to submit a application to school head master in a urgent basis and when he/she gets well then guardian should bring him/her with all the medical certificates.
- If any student follow any kind of unauthorized way in any exam or violets school rules and regulations and if he shows any negative attitude to school then authority’s decision will be count as final decision.
- If any student fails in one class and if he/she wants to continue in that class again then he/she has to apply for that on the 1st date of the school starts and has to pay hi/her tuition and all the dues on the 1st date on the tuition fees day. Readmission depends on the past record of that particular student.
- If any student fails for two times in the same level then according to government law he/she will not be allowed to continue his/her study in this school.
- If any student fails then any kind of lobbing will not be encouraged or accepted.
- Those who are responsible for their children’s transportation, they should take their children to school on time and take back them to home on time.
- Take care of you children’s health.
- Try to stay your children away from all kind of bad environment and companion.
- Mind it that with the help of both parents and teachers we will be able to get a idol student
