The Boarding residence shall run on the following system:
- A student once admitted as a resident student in any class will have to stay in the boarding house day and night round the clock through out an academic session.
- An academic session (A full year) will be usually divided into ¾ working terms. Each working term will be followed by an examination, then a vacation such as summer vacation, winter vacation, Ramadan/Eid vacation when the resident students will be allowed to go back home to spend holidays with parents and on the expiry of the vacation they will report back to boarding house a day before the school reopens to give them a settling time.

- 1.Holidays consisting of a day or two or less than half a week the resident students will not be allowed to go home instead thy will stay in their residence. However parents living nearby the boarding house may take their pupils during short holiday with a written request to be obtained from the house/super.

- 2.Parents Day- Parents and legal guardians may be allowed to see their children in the boarding house premises once in a week (Friday/Saturday) at a given time to be fixed by the authority.
- 3.On working days during a term, residents students will not be granted leave except on serious and urgent ground such as grave illness of parents and own family members. Leave can’t be granted on the ground of ordinary social function, or an occasion like birthday or marriage of distant relatives.
- In case of resident student falling sick, medical attention shall be at once made available to him. Besides, the concerned parents/guardians will be informed of a matter as soon as possible. If desired parents may be allowed to take their ailing child for treatment at home. In case of a student suffering from any contagious or infectious diseases, his/her parents will be informed to take him/her to prevent the spread of the diseases among other resident students.
- Resident student will follow a separate daily schedule showing their bed-out to bed-in activities including common academic program along with daily schedule.
- All resident students shall discharge strict sense of discipline as long as they will reside here. They must try to live up to the trust and expectation of the school authority, which with utmost care and sincerity will also take care of the boarders to fulfill the desired hopes of the parents/guardians.
- All residents’ students shall have to abide by the rules and regulations imposed by the authority. This will be required to lead a descent and trouble free life in the boarding house. The code of discipline is laid down as followings:
- They should behave well, should show respect to rules and regulations and act upon them sincerely and without grudge. They should carryout order and instruction of the official, remaining ever loyal to residential motto and ideology.
- Must follow the daily schedules religiously and strictly, co-operate and live in harmony with fellow residents as well as other residents of the boarding house/dormitories.
- While the junior students shall show proper respect to the seniors, the latte should be affectionate and considerate to the juniors.
- An exemplary decency and good manners will manners will always be expected from them.
- They must refrain from quarreling, cheating, testing, fighting and exchanging bad and abusive with one another.
- To look smart always put on clean and well-washed school or personal dress and at the same time must keep their bed, Cupboard and book-shelf and well arranged.
- While taking meals in the dining room they must be demonstrate table manners, talk in low voice and behave nicely with the kitchen staff.
- They must love and take care of the residence they live in. Not only their own things but all things belonging to the residence should be treated as their own. Any damage to school property will not be tolerated and a defaulter shall have to compensate the loss.
- Last but never the least is the careful sue of toilets/bathrooms. Your taste, your habit, and your hygienic outlook will all depend how you use them. Everybody will want to see them clean, neat and no-stinky, as you will. As such it will be needed of every user to keep them spick and span.
- To keep in touch with your dear parents and to inform them quite regularly how you are, and how you are carrying on with your studies, you will write nice letters to them at least one in a week.
